Ever hit a slump during your day? You feel like you need a nap so badly – but you just don’t have time. You have to wade through the slump and keep pressing forward, right?

Well, you don’t have to keep feeling exhausted. Take just a few minutes and whip yourself up a pick-me-up shake!

This one is based on the flavors raspberry and banana and is chock-full of vitamins and nutrients and greens your body is crying out for.

Feed the need and feel better!

Did you freeze or can any of your fruit? Toss it in your shake…

Raspberry-Banana Pick-Me-Up Recipe

Ingredients:

  • raspberry Greek yogurt
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1 serving hemp powder
  • 4 ice cubes

 

Directions:

  1. Toss in ice cubes if you’re using them.
  2. Throw in banana chunks.
  3. Pour in raspberry Greek yogurt.
  4. Dump in hemp powder (or vitamin powder of choice).
  5. Add a handful of spinach if you have it on hand.
  6. Hit the crush ice button.
  7. Grind.
  8. Liquify.

 

This creates a thick shake that is smooth and full of volume.

You can omit the greens and hemp powder if you wish and you’ll have a filling, delicious Greek yogurt based fruit shake. That, in itself, is healthy and delish!
